A Behavioral Approach to Organizational Challenges
I hold a PhD in Economics and have spent several years studying individual and collective behavior within organizations, with a particular focus on rule violations, unethical conduct, and power dynamics.
My research is grounded in an empirical approach: identifying the mechanisms underlying a phenomenon, developing and testing hypotheses, analyzing data, and drawing evidence-based conclusions.
This perspective allows me to examine organizational challenges from two complementary angles: understanding human behavior and investigating it through rigorous analytical methods.
