I study the mechanisms that lead individuals to break rules within organizations. My research examines how leadership, incentives, and social norms shape individual and collective decision-making.
I combine experimental research, data analysis, and knowledge of fraud, investigations, and prevention, strengthened through my Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification. I draw on these complementary perspectives to examine organizational risks and dysfunctions, and contribute to strengthening organizational integrity.
