About Me

I am a Swiss behavioral scientist specializing in moral decision-making, legitimacy, and leadership in organizational contexts. My work combines experimental methods, formal modeling, and digital tools, including virtual reality, to understand how individuals navigate ethical and social expectations at work.

I am currently a Senior SNSF Researcher at HEC Lausanne. Before returning to HEC, I completed an SNSF Postdoc.Mobility fellowship at the University of Amsterdam and later at the University of Zürich. I hold a PhD in Economics with a specialization in Management from HEC Lausanne.

My ongoing projects examine:
• the transmission of misconduct across organizational hierarchies,
• the gap between ethical judgments and behaviors, and
• the temporal dynamics of moral decision-making.

When I’m not working on research, you’ll most likely find me bouldering, playing guitar, or exploring new experimental pedals for my latest riffs.
