Short Profile
I am a Swiss behavioral scientist specializing in moral decision-making, legitimacy, and ethical behavior in organizations. I hold a PhD in Economics with a specialization in Management from HEC Lausanne and currently work as an SNSF Postdoc.Mobility fellow at the University of Zurich. My research combines experimental methods, formal modeling, and digital tools, and has been published in journals such as The Leadership Quarterly and Economics Letters.

My research on leader selection has also been featured in public-facing outlets such as HEC Outreach, highlighting its relevance for leadership and organizational decision-making.
